Clifford Bibeau, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, School-based Programs Manager

Clifford Bibeau, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, joined Harbor Care in 2010. He is the program manager for Harbor Care’s school-based services. Cliff provides one-on-one and group counseling primarily to students ages 4 through 18. He works with schools throughout Greater Nashua to develop and implement in-school, home-based and telehealth supports to address the primary, oral and behavioral health care needs of students, parents and staff.

Cliff’s previous roles at Harbor Care include providing individual counseling, service coordination, working in group homes, as well as special education support in schools and psychiatric facilities. Cliff holds Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Human Services; and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health/ Substance Use Counseling. He is currently working on a Doctorate in Education.
