Eligibility and Referrals

Referrals for homeless and/or low income individuals requiring housing or other nonresidential services are accepted from self, family, caregivers, or professionals.

Mental health consumers who are homeless should contact Community Council at (603) 889-6147. Staff at Community Council will evaluate need and contact Harbor Homes for referral.

Honorably discharged homeless veterans should contact Harbor Homes directly at (603) 889-3616 or download a Veterans FIRST Housing application. A DD214 is required as proof of discharge status.
