ADVOCATE
Harbor Homes advocates for the needs of the homeless, with leadership roles within the Greater Nashua Continuum of Care and the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness.
It is our goal to end chronic homelessness by advocating for integrated housing and supportive services designed to satisfy individual client needs.
Help us build awareness around the issues of chronic homelessness by letting us know of forums to educate the community about the important services we provide, and the work still needed to be done.
