A Connections Clubhouse is a local community center that offers people who have a mental illness hope and
opportunities to achieve their full potential.

The Clubhouse is committed to providing a positive, encouraging and welcoming environment that is dedicated to improving the quality of life of our members by offering social, educational and employment opportunities.

Members and staff work together in all aspects of the club including:

Preparing meals,
Policy making
General Maintenance
Reception

The work-ordered day typically resembles a normal business day. All the work done in the Clubhouse is for the benefit of the Clubhouse community. Staff and members are equals, working side-by-side with equal opportunities and responsibilities.

Work is not designed to be job specific, rather skill building

 


The clubhouse adheres to International Standards for Clubhouse Programs, consensually agreed upon by the worldwide Clubhouse community in the following areas.

Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Eligibility

Anyone who's life has been drastically disrupted by mental illness, homelessness and/or addictions

Qualifications

We ask all new potential member to fill out an application and attend our orientation.

Cost

Memberships is free

Lunch Served

We serve lunch Monday - Friday @ 12:00pm. The cost for member is 50 cents.
