ABOUT US

Dignity, Respect, a Safe Place to Live
Harbor Homes serves more than 1,000 clients annually, about half are residential. We serve homeless men, women and families, people living with mental illness and veterans (male, female and family members), HIV/AIDS patients and family members, people overcoming substance abuse, low-income individuals and families, and housebound/disabled senior citizens.

Our Mission

To Provide Quality Residential and Supportive Services for Persons (and their families) Challenged by Mental Illness and/or Homelessness.

We offer a variety of residential housing programs with varying degrees of independence to meet the individual needs of residents. Supplementing the housing component, integrated supportive services are based on the individual needs of clients. We also provide non-residential programs designed to empower individuals towards recovery and integration in our community.

Healthy at Home, Inc. was recognized by the Northeast Health Care Quality Foundation for participating in the Reducing Acute Care Hospitalizations (ReACH) National Collaborative in January, 2008
